What you're buying

By checking the acknowledgement box and completing a purchase, you receive a personal-use license to the unwatermarked image — not exclusive ownership.

Who owns the photo

The underlying photograph, including all artwork and creative content, is owned and copyrighted by Krushed Filmz (Kam). All rights not explicitly granted below remain with the photographer.

What you can do with your photo

• Print it for personal use (framed prints, gifts, social posts where you are the subject)
• Use it on your personal social media profiles
• Use it as a profile picture / avatar

What Krushed Filmz retains the right to do

• Display the photograph in their portfolio (website, social media, in-person)
• Use the photograph in advertising, marketing, and promotional materials
• Resell commercial licensing to third parties (businesses, agencies, brands, etc.)

What you can't do without separate permission

• Resell the photo commercially
• Use it on products for sale (merch, prints for sale, advertising for a business)
• Claim authorship or remove attribution
• Use it in a defamatory, unlawful, or misleading context

Refunds & delivery

Once the unwatermarked original is delivered, the sale is final. If the file is corrupted or undelivered, Krushed Filmz will re-send or refund.

Privacy

Your name and email are used only to deliver the photo and send a payment-confirmation receipt. They are never sold or shared. You can request deletion at any time by replying to the receipt email.
